British consumers used to prefer brown eggs, so the farmers switched to chicken breeds that produce brown eggs.
Americans prefer white eggs, so that's what they get.

There are actually chickens which produce blue eggs, so, if enough of you order them from Harrods, you could start another chicken-egg-colour revolution, which would be well under way when Waitrose and M&S start selling them, and complete when Aldi and Lidl do.

At the time what was such a popular colour it was even trendy for your dog to shit that colour, but with all the racism acts things had to change so no sooner did the dogshit go the eggs followed suit.

Alternatively, develop a breed which produces claret eggs, and flog the idea of selling mixed boxes of claret, white and blue eggs in the club shop.

Chickens are birds.
Therefore I see no reason for a lack of white eggs.

I like the way rocky seashore nesters not only lay speckled eggs but more pointy ones - means they're less likely to roll off (the eggs, not the nesters).
